Coastline Excavating & Site Services is owned and operated by Kevin Schoeber and Chad Worrell — two construction professionals who together bring over 40 years of hands-on experience to every project they take on.
Their roots are in underground utility work — watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems — where the job demands precision, a steady hand, and a crew that shows up ready to work. That foundation now powers a full range of site services: excavating, grading and drainage, site clearing, concrete, foundations, asphalt repairs, and hardscaping.
